Bluebellwould, my husband can't figure out why I suddenly burst out laughing. Thank you I haven't laughed like that for ages.

Talking pants, I got dressed one morning and after a while noticed a prickling and stabbing pain right in the gusset area, it was enough to bring tears to my eyes. Was convinced I had something horrendous developing. Went to loo and my panty liner had turned over and was stuck fiercely to hairy parts. I really got tears unpicking it.

I had a pair of pants, fall out from my trouser leg in the middle of a shop, while talking to my new MIL and BIL, whom I had bumped into.

I was black affronted as my mother would say.

Been there, done that! But it was in an antique shop and only the proprietor was watching.
I am sure they were spotless
I have also come back to my seat in a concert hall after the interval with my dress tucked into my knickers.

My friend and colleague and I were getting a roasting from the head teacher, so I fixed my eyes on the floor, trying not to respond.

It was then I noticed that my friend had on one low navy court shoe and one high one. I couldn't work out how she had managed to walk about all day, without realising.
At that point I started to laugh hysterically. I was a marked woman after that.

I was telling my daughter how I accidentally went shopping in my slippers. She went quiet for a moment and then asked 'who is the prime minister?'

I triumphantly exclaimed 'Mrs Thatcher'. Serves her right.

I have two pairs of boots the same - one tan, one black. Wore one of each to Tesco once and didn't know till we were getting back in the car. OH had noticed as we were walking around but didn't say anything until we left on the basis there was nothing I could do about it anyway but by the time we reached the car he was curled up laughing. It did explain all the strange looks I was getting, especially from some teenage girls who I am pretty sure were sniggering as they walked past me. A lady loading her boot nearby was also all grins ?

Oh Marydoll, that brought back a memory. I was walking to the dentist in the local shopping centre when I suddenly became aware of something sliding down the inside of my jeans. I managed to kick off the knickers into the shrubbery and kept walking, totally ignoring the two ladies walking towards me. My face was scarlet though!

There is also pants and tights in your trouser leg syndrome - and I did not realise until nearly lunc time when i went to the looo and got into a kerfuffle trying to pull that day's pants and tights up.

Oops, sorry BlueBelle, you have already reported this phenomena. Still it is nice to know we have something in common!

Oh no kittylester! Love the thought of pink boots, even looked on web site but they don't have my size. They look lovely. So disappointed. Oh and I have done the knickers in jeans leg !!

Sounds a bit like me half way through the day I found a lump on my thigh at the back went to the loo to investigate what growth I had on my leg only to find a pair of rolled up pants in there

Kitty I am a sucker for coloured boots. I had orange leather gloves and orange boots, ready to wear yesterday, then changed the boots to black for fear of looking like a wee, fat, satsuma!

I love the idea of pink boots! Sadly my legs are fairly large and I would doubt I could fit any over my hefty calves. I blame years of dancing. Not.

These as dusky pink, suede ankle boots from Moshulu and lovely to wear. I've got purple ones too

I used to put a roller in my fringe in the morning to give it a bit of body. One day I forgot to remove it and was walking round in town for a few hours before I noticed.

Friend used to take out an old man from his nursing home. One day she noticed he was walking very badly and when they came back she found the extra socks down his boots. Whoever had dressed him hadn't noticed.
