Good morning from a chilly E Kent.
Eagerly awaiting results of Iris’ ?operation this morning. She is to have her frame removed after 1 year and 6 days wearing it. She’s very worried about both the operation and her change of identity. She knows she is identified by her frame, etc., and that will be a massive difference!
The operation itself will be very short; they’ll remove the frame, pull it the screws and put her in plaster (for about 3 weeks) until the plastic splint is ready. She wears it at the back of her leg for support. Exciting times.
I’ve got my WI craft group most of the day. I do enjoy being with not too many people, chatting and crafting. We’re decorating a twig wreath today. Goodness knows what I’ll do with it when finished! I have nowhere to hang it and it’s completely no me…
I hope the poorly, sad and anxious have som3 relief today. Carpe diem. ?????☀️??☀️?
