I agree Anniebach they have made their own lives yes, but they have abandoned and hurt their families in the process. It was so cruel to upset the Queen while she is grieving and having to deal with Andrew at the same time. And then Harry says he won't release the last instalment of his tell-all book until after her death! So she now knows he will be saying horrible things that will upset her, but she will never read them.

They are making their own lives but not making their own living. They even moaned we were not going to pay for their
security.

If they wanted to live their own lives why not give up their titles which was not hereditary but given by his grandmother,
she would then be princess Henry

They live in the US ,Happy Holidays is the norm there and the donations were those given by people to the charity they run.
Aren't they just doing what everyone else's kids do?? They grow up and they go off and make their own lives ,some bitter people on here far too invested in lives that are none of their business

Archie's hair is a wonderful colour. I wonder how he'll get on in the California sunshine with that hair and what looks like very pale skin? My son in law grew up in San Francisco and can't cope with any sort of sun, he spends the summer looking like a lobster.

Some people are more litigious than others so that is probably a reason.

I can't imagine the Queen taking anyone to court for calling her names and yes, some posts on here about HM have been vile.

Slanderous remarks about the Queen are allowed: 'such a parasite' and Boris Johnson, liar, cheat, philander' every day. These are never taken down, and why should they be; they are people's opinions and other posters are free to comment and disagree.
But anything to do with Meghan Markle is instantly removed. When an American Lawyer talks about calling her as a witness in a court case being brought against a member of the family she has married into, and swiftly discarded, because: "She is somebody we can count on to tell the truth."(David Boies) this is a legitimate subject for discussion.

Gransnet appears to be operating an in- house form of censorship, against the principles of free speech.

An explanation please, and reinstatement of the thread.

No, they haven't made donations on my behalf, I made my own, although I'm glad they made a donation to help Afghan refugees as that would be a cause close to Harry's heart.

I have a beautiful card from Harry and Meghan. Archie’s hair is a gorgeous rich auburn colour, hope it doesn’t change too much as he grows older. Lili doesn’t really have enough hair to tell. They look like a very natural, happy family.
