Welcome, GrandmaSeadragon! This is a very cosy place to while away and hour or two in good company.

Blossoming we had a lovely holiday in Wensleydale, back in the 90’s when my dd2 was a toddler. I have very fond memories of the area.

Dogsmakemesmile I’m glad you’ve reemerged from your under the stairs cupboard - I was a bit worried there for a moment! It’s nice to have some space again, isn’t it?

Just a little decluttering done today - it is Sunday, after all. My afternoon was partly tied up with helping my youngest dd deal with the insurers after a car accident. It could have been far worse (a motorway near Manchester) but as with all these things, it’s the annoying bureaucracy you have to deal with. She has a sore neck today so will find a physio tomorrow to help with that.

I had my own accident this evening. Tripped over one of the many ‘decluttering’ cardboard boxes I have and went full length onto the floor while carrying a basket of clean laundry. I think my hip might be a nice colour by morning but again, it could have been worse!

I’m off to watch CTM on catch up and have a relaxed evening. Hope it’s the same for you! Xx

Hello kitcheners. Things have been a little busy and somewhat hectic the past few days and GN visits have been squeezed in between lots of kitchen designing and gardening. Plans have still to be agreed.

Nannytopsy, we said no more pets after we lost our wee cutie a few years ago. How we then acquired not one but two massive felines is a mystery to me! ❤️

Thank you for the sympathy after my fall. I must say, the resultant bruise is disappointing small, only about 2cm across! Not much to show for all my effort.

Muse glad things are going well and you are busy with the garden too. I hope we will all be invited to a housewarming soon ?. Can’t wait for the chocolate fudge cake tomorrow. Please May I take a piece for DH it’s his favourite ?

Good afternoon dear Kitcheners. New router installed and connected and I feel like it just finished the Spartan race. Crawling around fitting awkward connectors into tight spaces is for fit, young people, not wobbly old people like me .

SueD Wensleydale is one of my favourite places when I need to get away for a while. Luckily Mr. B feels the same! Hope you’re OK after your fall x

Chocolate fudge cake is most welcome muse, I am supposed to be laying off sugary treats but I have definitely earned one today.

Another one keeping everything crossed for Soop and hoping for positive news tomorrow.

Fingers crossed for soop. Spent the day with my toddler granddaughter. Super weather so outside a great deal. Lovely. Came home and continued on my decluttering by emptying out my bags (I am afraid I have a lot) and ripping up receipts and all the other bits of paper I seem to accumulate. Threw in recycling bin. When I walk Ddog later I am going to take all my used batteries to Sainsbury's where they have battery bin (not sure of correct terminology). That will be it for a few days. Found this decluttering has energised me. A quick throw in the oven tea and a quick hoover awaits. Take care everyone. I would love some chocolate cake muse.Glad router fixed Blossoming.
