I was a 3 in my teens then went up to a 4 and still that size

I hope my feet don't shrink, I only take size 2 as it is!

There are hardly any suitable shoes to be found in this size, let alone anything smaller.

No, mine have decided to spread grin They swell easily too and were pretty bad in the summer, then again, they've always swelled in the heat, or flying long distances. That said, they remain the same size as in my teens.

My feet shrink if I lose weight.

Or so I vaguely remember?

I am with "shysal" size 5 until my 60s now 5 to 6 wide fitting. Like the rest of me a sideways spread

I was always a standard size 5, but now in my 70s I am 5.5-6 and wide fitting, probably due to the bunions!

My shoe size has gone up over the last 40 years!

Mine haven't shrunk, just got wider. ? Which is not good news as I have never had standard width feet...

Not mine. I still take the same size I did in my twenties. However I do choose my shoes by the fit, so if my size is too tight or too loose I’ll try the next size up or down.

No mine have stayed at a 6 1/2 since I was a teenager still the same

Hello
I’m pretty certain mine have.
I was a size 4.5 when I was in my early 20’s; then they suddenly grew when I was 25 (everything did - I grew two inches in height confused).
Up until recently I was a size 6 (in shoe only of course), and now they are definitely getting smaller again (alas, nothing else is).
