Back home from morning Mass, I said prayers and lit candles ???for Soop, and for all who need/wish them.

Got the news this morning that nine year old grandson’s PCR was positive. We were going to have him for a few days as our son in law had bad news last night about his father who lives in Devon and he was going to drive down for a few days. His father was admitted to hospital with a suspected heart attack. It’s hard for families when Covid keeps them apart at difficult times, but he can’t leave our grandchild with us now, and our son has to work. In any case, he couldn’t risk taking Covid down to his mother who is 77. Difficult times.

Hope that the soops have had a restful night and there is good news for them today.

Good morning everyone. Happy Valentine's Day.
Looks like it's going to brighten up later. Thinking of mr and mrs soop.
Yesterday was rather difficult. Ddog pretty ill very suddenly. Fabulous help from vet and amazing support on another thread on GN. Did not feel appropriate to put it here. Ddog doing very well. Today's plans for day out are cancelled though which is fine. Will potter around. Always stuff to do.

I don’t usually post on this thread but I do read. Like everyone else I am following Soops progress. My thoughts are with her and with her DH. Lots of good wishes flying in her direction , GN is amazing !

I have a baby quilt to finish - it looks like step granddaughter is not going to make it to her due date in 3 weeks time. She is tiny and baby is large!
