Now Nerdle!

I've used a cropped screenshot because I only get a bunch of X's doing it the other way - and I don't see coloured squares for the ones others are posting here.
Are you all seeing coloured squares in those posts?

Here's what I see.

Nearly 20 mins to solve today’s. Made an error in 2nd line? and used a red number in same place again.

When I press SHARE My iPhone gives me a variety of ways to to send it: by email or message, WhatsApp and more. Also to choose who I send it to. I share with my DD every day through WhatsApp. I used to email it to myself but now, for me, screenshots are the easiest way to save straight to my photos . I screenshoot the answers too and send these to my DD later on so we can see how we did it.

I'm seeing coloured squares on all posts, apart from yours, Far North. PC and tablet

Differing systems, then. Oh well.
I often think how astonishing all this stuff is, to work at all.

I'm not bad at Sudoku but I just don't understand this!

The ? at the top gives the instructions.

I found it easier to start with the mini nurdle you'll find that by clicking on the options wheel that is on the far right.

For mini nurdle you have to find all the digits and operations that fill 6 squares and make something like: 9+6=15 or 16/8=2 or 3*7=21 The / is divide and the * is multiply

The instructions explain the different colours.

Good luck in getting a row of green squares.

Let's put it like this - I'm seriously considering defriending all those on FB who insist on posting their
Wordle every day... ? I like doing Sudoku (hence my name) but I don't feel the need to post that day's puzzle on my page every morning...!!
If you enjoy it, do it - but why would you think that I'd be interested in knowing how clever you are every single day..?? ?

SueDoku I did the same with some FB friends who kept sending me photos of their take-away meals. It seemed to be a competition. No Wordle/Nerdlers yet. I do like that we do it on here. Who else can we celebrate with, or get commiseration from??

Well my Wordle was hopeless today. Only got it in the 6th go
BUT …I did the big Nerdle in 3 goes. ?

I couldn’t get my head around at all.
I got onto my fourth line, but then didn’t continue as I had to take the dog for an emergency appointment at the vet and other life stuff.

I know that I wouldn’t have been able to do it anyway.

I’ve got a lot to learn!
There are so many permutations, it’s nowhere near as straightforward at Wordle.

It wasnt until line 6 that I realised it was impossible to solve with just one calculation. I thought only one was allowed. (ifkwim) It was fun.
