I actually have two different wordles open.

It was the NY one I did. I try to use less common words.

Well I had caulk for one puzzle. Is that because I refreshed my browser? Who knows?

Yes, I got caulk too, after trying baulk (I think) which was wrong.

Those still playing the daily word game on the original website - because they downloaded it or have not refreshed their browser - are getting different words to solve from the NYT version.

I don't understand.
As there was a new game every day and you downloaded it but didn't refresh your browser you'll get the version you've already filled in.
If you refresh your browser you surely won't get anything because the Josh Wardle version doesn't exist any longer.
Am I missing something?

Trouble is, I can't retrieve my actual answers, only the results I post as 'Shared', and thus blank.
Most frustrating.

Caulk was the other day, if I remember correctly.

Ixion, I have had that suspicion for a few days. However I didn't want to look like an eejit idiot by mentioning it.
