Although I haven’t viewed the video as I don’t wish to see a cat being kicked across the room, I’m amazed that this multi millionaire footballer is still playing for his London club.

Compare this to the punishment meted out to the teacher that kick

Breaking news! The RSPCA have taken both cats, which will be checked over, and will remain in their care while the investigation continues.

Very pleased to read this. I signed the petition yesterday when it was posted on Mumsnet.

I agree. And I’d like to see the brother sacked from his club.

TerriBull Wed 09-Feb-22 14:29:35

I deplore animal cruelty and particularly love cats very upsetting this video, poor defenceless creature hope the cat is rehomed sad

I would like to see Moyes go as well. To have the arrogance to think that Zouma should play last night was breathtaking.

He was disappointed, apparently. But he had to do his job and Zouma's one of his best players. I couldn't believe it.

So many people, both famous and not, have condemned this ghastly footballer and the club's stupid manager.

I'd like to see the pair of them sacked.

I have signed the petition and emailed West Ham United too.

Germanshepherdsmum Wed 09-Feb-22 14:10:05

Excellent news! Let’s hope they’re not returned. There won’t be any shortage of people wanting to give them a good home.

The RSPCA have taken the cats into care pending their enquiries.

MissAdventure Wed 09-Feb-22 13:12:40

Me too!

Germanshepherdsmum Wed 09-Feb-22 13:11:49

I’d like to see them both get a good kicking where it hurts too.

Germanshepherdsmum Wed 09-Feb-22 13:10:19

Thanks for the link. Signed.
I hope all sponsorship is withdrawn from both these subhuman bastar*s and their clubs.

Knittynatter Wed 09-Feb-22 13:08:22

Signed ?

Jeremy Vine played the sound track of the video on Radio 2 and to hear people laughing as he kicked that poor little cat. It was so upsetting that I burst into tears. I can't express how sad and angry I feel about it.

Sparklefizz Wed 09-Feb-22 12:45:06

Chris Packham speaking passionately on Jeremy Vine on Radio 2. A 5 year prison sentence is a possibility.

Nannashirlz Wed 09-Feb-22 12:44:22

I’m not a cat lover I’m a dog lover but when I saw that video other day on GBnews I was totally disgusted how anyone can treat an animal that way deserves prison sentences and cats should be removed immediately, doesn’t matter if it’s a multimillionaire or someone on benefits it’s animal abuse end of day. Fans were right to boo him last night

MeowWow Wed 09-Feb-22 12:20:49

Disgusting behaviour and not fit to be called a human being. Poor cat. I hope it finds a new, loving home. Both of them should be kicked - see how they like it.

Daisend1 Wed 09-Feb-22 12:20:15

If his brother posted for entertainment then he is just as sick I stand corrected even sicker than his bro.

Blinko Wed 09-Feb-22 12:17:10

How utterly disgusting! Signed, of course.

What is it with football managers that they seem to lose sight of what's considered acceptable behaviour?

These brutes could so easily go on to harm people in their family. Dreadful that the authorities have been so slow to take action.

MissAdventure

Bloody good job!
I've just about had enough of overpaid imbeciles thinking they can so whatever they want.

Absolutely agree MissA

MissAdventure Wed 09-Feb-22 12:12:08

Excellent!

lavendermine Wed 09-Feb-22 12:11:02

Petition signed (thank you for the link).

Brother Yoan Zouma (the imbecile who filmed it "for a laugh") is employed by Dagenham & Redbridge FC. Email sent.

MissAdventure Wed 09-Feb-22 12:09:03

Cost 30 million, worth 0000...

Dinahmo Wed 09-Feb-22 12:08:11

Apparently he cost £30 million - that's why he was allowed to play.

MissAdventure Wed 09-Feb-22 12:07:27

He'll be more 'popular' than ever then.
Good old Chris!

Sparklefizz Wed 09-Feb-22 12:03:54

Good! Chris Packham has now got involved so hopefully his name will have influence.
