Good morning all and yes it’s dreary again here in Essex.
DH is going out for breakfast with two of his old school friends. I encouraged him to go as he’s becoming a bit of a hermit.
Housework and pottering for me.
Yesterday, as I walked the dog, I passed a hairdressers and on the spur of the moment popped in and asked if they could fit me in for a dry trim. Yes! Took the dog home and went back. Brilliant! It took 20 mins and was £20.
I’ve had my usual hairdresser for 30 years and I go to her house. She’s lovely and very good but it’s a bit of a journey , she talks for England and is more expensive. Just haven’t seemed to have the time lately. I will go back to her but this was so convenient.?

Ash poor you with the mould. Let’s hope the damp specialist sorts it.
Elspeth - my friend is visiting her daughter in Sydney and she says the floods are dreadful. Very worrying for you. Take care. ?
