We've got tickets to see him and Paul Whitehouse live in May. I'm sure the world will be put to rights.

I love Bob Mortimer and he's always brilliant on WILTY and a great giggler which always sets me off - not sure about politics, though. I didn't know he was a lawyer.

Following on from a thread on Mumsnet, where they were discussing the president of Ukraine having been a comedian, it set me wondering which comedian/actor I might like to see leading the UK - I immediately thought of Bob Mortimer. He is a qualified lawyer and seems to be an all-round good egg to me.

Who would you choose?
