GagaJo sorry I have no idea how to provide a link. I’ve just had a look and the original introductory tweet appears to have disappeared. But if you scroll down their feed, all the “9 hr” ago tweets are about trans women and followed on after the missing tweet. That’s the best I can offer. It’s also mentioned in a Mumsnet thread tonight.

Why is talking about basic human biology mean?

Because people would go and say mean things about trans women.

They are not obliged to be a platform for other peoples mean words.
