I am disgusted with West Ham and their so called Manager and CEO, what a disgrace they are. They certainly are hard faced.

And Moyes and Brady really don’t care and they should hang their heads in shame as should the rest of the board.. but at least something has been done! Apparently he has been playing in most of the games in the last month… she is a hard faced cow, I think that every time I see it on the apprentice..?

Good news but don't think it will HURT him much, unfortunately. How much was the fine?

We don't know yet, they have only just been charged.

He could get up to 5 years in prison I believe but I doubt he will considering the mother of a beautiful toddler beaten, battered and tortured to death only got 8 years (since increased to 12 years).

A fine will be no deterrent, it would be like the rest of us being fined 50p.

So pleased to see theyve been charged

The brother who actually kicked the cat continued to play for West Ham throughout. His brother who filmed it was dropped from the lesser club Dagenham & Redbridge games. Doesn't make sense.

Very pleased about this. Cruelty to animals often goes hand in hand with child cruelty. I hope cats get rehomed after court case. I fostered a cruelty case dog whilst owner was prosecuted. Owner banned from keeping any animals and given 12weeks??? in prison! “Owner” had tied up an enormous growth with string to stop it dragging on ground along with a long list of other abuse. Dog was a delight to care for and eventually found a lovely home once recovered from surgery. Still have contact. I haven’t on here said if male or female owner, nor dog gender. When dog came to me I was in tears due to the condition.

Great news.

I am so pleased. I bet they don't get much of a sentence though. Doesn't seem to have done much harm to the WH player's career (and income), don't know about his despicable brother. I don't know if the cats are still with the RSPCA. When we adopted two German shepherds years ago, in the neighbouring kennels were some beautiful dogs which had been put there out of sight by the RSPCA, awaiting the outcome of a prosecution. I have always wondered what happened to them.
