two lovely sunny weekend days,don't waste it

I'll be taking my chainsaw out to hack a dead hedge of logs that I made a few years ago into chunks for the stove. Slow, steady, methodical work. It warmed me up yesterday. Max 13º, with a feel of 9º here but that'll be fine. I don't actually like it hot.

Just sitting on the patio finishing my bacon butty before getting the gardening tools from the shed for a day of fun in the sun. Woohoo.

Another one here who will be gardening. So lovely to have sunshine.

DH and I have just been having the conversation “it’s going to be a lovely day today, how shall we spend it?”

Yes, beautiful sunshine here at the moment. Very windy though. I have a lot of gardening to tackle, so I will be busy.
