I see so much talent in this Forum - we have crafters, knitters, cooks, gardeners, authors, painters, the list goes on!

As the weather promises to be glorious this weekend, wny not a celebratory Spring Fayre, showcasing our skills?!
What can you bring?

PS I could do with purchasing a nice cake for our tea! Tx.

I would bring Bara Brith plus butter to spread on it....scrumptious. I would also bring some wooly hand-knitted socks to keep your feet toasty on a chilly spring morning.

Absolutely nowt sorry! Totally useless in the craft and baking department

grandMattie Sun 20-Mar-22 06:47:53

Someone (me) can crochet little ones with a crème egg inside for the children…

ixion Ocado has these.
They are little Spring classics aren’t they

Hi, I found this on Ocado and thought you’d like to see it: www.ocado.com/products/mini-chicks-easter-decoration-574932011

Looking for Easter chicks ? (not real ones ) for the grandchildren.
Has anyone seen any (or similar) for sale?

(BTW the food and drinks are a-maz-ing! ?)
I will have to buy a GMattiebag to put them all in.

I don’t particularly have a talent so I would just spend a fortune buying all your lovely things. I could make a gluten free banana loaf and a potato leek and cheese frittata I’m quite good at those but that’s about it x

Just made some scrumptious lemon curd. Freshly baked scones (still warm) to follow.

Please can I try your Welsh cakes Annie?
That is if you are not too busy watching the Rugby daffodil ?
Sadily haven't a crafting bone in my body, but will enjoy a bit of retail therapy, whilst I wander around checking out all the GN spring fayre craft stalls. .

Easy to make LOADS. Not keen on the chili stuff.

Can make sloe/damson gin if you like. DH used to make undrinkable pepper and chilli vodkas - not for the wimps like me!

Ooh, nice GrandMattie

Best not tell the Argy lot - there'd be none left for us?

kittylester Sat 19-Mar-22 14:28:49

I can bring gf cakes and really gooey gf brownies.
