I see so much talent in this Forum - we have crafters, knitters, cooks, gardeners, authors, painters, the list goes on!

As the weather promises to be glorious this weekend, wny not a celebratory Spring Fayre, showcasing our skills?!
What can you bring?

PS I could do with purchasing a nice cake for our tea! Tx.

I'll bring some home made marmalade. I use my Tasmanian cousin's recipe - nice and tart (the marmalade, not my cousin, he's lovely and not at all tarty).

I always give each batch a name depending on what I did on the day I made it. This batch is Icy Sea Swim Marmalade 2022.

Would be very happy to bring home a lemon drizzle cake if anyone's baking.

This week I am going to have my first attempt at felting wool.
The result should be a little blue tit. Well, that’s the plan.

I have promised my therapist that I will do it, and send her a photo, in an attempt to do something creative.

Although I’m not at all certain that it will be GN Spring Fayre Worthy! ?

I will bring about 20 aloe vera plants that I have been growing for over a year from little off shoots ( pups). They just need repotting then they are ready, priced at £1.50 I think!

FannyCornforth Sat 19-Mar-22 11:18:00

Brilliant Anne! Put me down for three pups!

Auntieflo Sat 19-Mar-22 11:19:20

I’ll bring some of my tote bags, in which I’ll have put Nutella brownies, marmalade, piccalilli and the specially adapted knickers I did for Iris, earning me the title of Knicker Queen!

I would have brought these, but unfortunately they went a few days ago to elder Gdcs’ former pre-school, after a request from one of the staff (who knows I’m a bit of a knitting-nutter).
