Happy Easter from sunny Colchester.
DD1 has another run this morning. As her DH is working she is dropping her boys here soon. There will be six of us for roast beef at lunchtime.
I'd better hop in the shower.
Love to all ? x

Good morning and Happy Easter from our holiday hotel in Skipton North Yorkshire. Absolutely beautiful here. A canal boat cruise and a visit to the castle today.

Morning all from West Oxfordshire, and happy Easter. He is risen indeed, alleluia. I was hoping to go to church this morning but I had a bad tummy in the night. I’ll see how I feel later. No 2 son and daughter are here until tomorrow. I have Easter eggs for them and dinner will be leg of lamb. Lots of chocolate based items too - chocolate cheesecake, chocolate cake… Yummy.???

Good morning everyone from Inverness where it’s dry but a bit cloudy. Yesterday was warm and sunny but a breeze got up which cooled the temperatures a bit.
Condolences to you and your DH pantglas
A quiet day planned here with nothing much on the agenda except pottering in the garden. With a bit of luck I’ll settle down later this afternoon with my kindle in the conservatory and have a good read
Hoping everyone meeting up with friends and family has a lovely day - enjoy!
A Happy Easter to all and take care whatever the day brings ?

Good morning and Happy Easter from Malta where we are still waiting for the sun to come back to us. Yesterday’s rain deposited Saharan sand on everything outside so I see a lot of cleaning on the cards this coming week.

My new baby grandsons turned one week old yesterday and I’m happy to report that both are doing well, off oxygen and having their mum’s milk. Jamie has yet to have cuddles from his parents as he still has too many wires attached, but Jax is able to have cuddles every day. Both of them open their eyes when they hear their mum’s voice. Two little fighters for sure.??

No plans today apart from watching the men’s final from Monte Carlo. Should be a god match.

Wishing you all a very happy Easter .?

Morning Mick, Morning All. A bright start to our corner of Somerset.

Enjoyed a walk along our little river yesterday. Not sure today, see how we feel, Mr C is weary at the moment.

Sad news pantglas. My condolences to you all.

Hope this Sunday is kind to us all.

Good Morning everyone from a clear sky 9.0c south coast. What a lovely few days we are enjoying in the sunshine.

Happy Easter to all and kindest regards too. Hoping for better news from all those coping with the ill health of their loved ones or themselves.flowers

Duck on the menu for us today which is one of DH's favourites. I find it a bit rich - but it is tasty.

Need an easy day after a poor night and it may well include at least 40 winks.

Take care everyone and enjoy the day. sunshine

Wishing you all a joyous Eastertide from a fine, if somewhat chilly start in la Sarthe!

Our last full day here before catching the ferry from Ouistreham to Portsmouth. Yesterday, I surprised my car by giving it a thorough clean inside. It is probably the first time since I was here last September. DH was busy mowing again - an endless task currently.

Another sunny day yesterday saw us eating outside but not for dinner by which time it was cooler. The cuckoo could be heard and during our stay, I’ve seen a pied woodpecker in action, too. DH heard and saw a pheasant in the garden and a couple of deer at dusk. Apart from one house opposite, we are surrounded by agricultural land with some woodland beyond.

Condolences to Pantglas2 and it’s good to hear things have stabilised for Mr.*grandMattie*. May the peace and hope of this special day fill your hearts with gladness! ?✝️?

Good morning all from dry north Wales where I’m enjoying my morning ☕️ after the little tweeters started their morning chorus and the dratted seagulls joined in with the descant....?

Belated birthday greetings to Grandmattie - I love venison after our friends sent us home from their farm with a joint last month?

Sad news at PG Towers as my dad’s youngest sister passed away on Good Friday after a very short illness - I managed to get him to the hospital as she breathed her last and we were able to reminisce with my cousins about her kindnesses during our childhoods - and there were so many! ? to a life well lived and loved?

Good to see Jax able to get out and hope more negatives are on the way - a peaceful Easter Sunday to you all x

Happy Easter from a glorious E Kent. He is risen!
I shall go to the early service this morning to celebrate Easter. The church will be full of flowers. DH will watch DD on their livestream. He will enjoy that,
Not a bad day yesterday, though DH was very sleepy. He enjoyed the sun.
Nothing much today. Probably a Skype with the DGDs.
Have a happy day, throw off all your cares. Carpe diem. ???☀️?☀️☀️???
