Easi jet cabin baggage

They are strict muddynails, someone in front of us at Newcastle airport had to put their case into the 'guide' and it didn't fit, they had to pay for it to go into the hold.

Can you take some duct tape and tape the handle flat?

I think you’ll be lucky to get on an EasyJet flight from Bristol at the moment with all the cancellations and staff shortages. Have a look on their website to see what the rules for baggage are.

Help - dh has bought flight from Bristol on easi jet that includes 2 cabin bags, 1 smaller for under seat in front and larger one to go into overhead locker. the size of the larger one is 56cm x 45cm 25cm, our cases are smaller in width and depth but 2 cm larger in height due to the handles, dont want to buy new bags or saw off the handle, any experience of how the bags are measured would help please or whether we be allowed the extra 2cm
