Good morning from Shropshire.

Sorry to hear you have collapsed again Mick and hope you can attend your hospital appointment and get some answers.

Ash, a bit of a shock to come home too but hope the waiting list isn’t too long ?

Hope you manage a rest later Taichinan.

Yesterday’s visit to my mum went well in that she was in a reasonable mood but not so well in that now she is feeling better she is refusing any additional support that the district nurse had suggested.I had a feeling this might happen??‍♀️To be fair to her the house and garden looked lovely as did mum.The gardener and cleaner have gone over and above this week.My worry is that she is asking the neighbours to do too much. There was literally nothing for us to do yesterday so I am just hoping that it is the gardener and cleaner who she pays who have done everything.

A relaxing day at home planned today??

Have the best day you can everyone??

Good morning all from Glasgow, where its currently 8°C.

You must have had a fright Mick, but fortunately you are seeing someone quickly. I hope you find someone to take you and a solution can be found, now that the reason for your collapsing has been identified.
As has been previously said, I too am happy to share my extremely high BP with you, it was at stroke level on Tuesday! ?
A bit of a worry for you too Ash, I hope you have your procedure done quickly and your quality of life improves. A bit daunting, but hopefully worth it.

A busy day for me, dentist for prep work on my replacement crown ☹ and the doctor's too. The good old NHS, where we we be without it?
I really can't be bothered going, especially as the main road is still closed and a detour necessary. I am so exhausted, all the time and doing very little.
My poor garden is being neglected and I have so much to do in it.

I wish you all a gentle day, whatever your plans. Special good wishes to the GMs and Baubles.?

Good Morning Mick and everyone from what is promised to be a lovely day in Hull.
DH went to our old plant supplier yesterday from when we had our plant business and brought home trays of plants in full colour. He managed to find spaces for them in the already full garden and they all look lovely. Even some in red white and blue which have gone in troughs.

Mick so sorry to hear about your collapse. But good to know it’s your BP so hopefully they can do something about that soon.
Taichi now we know where your user name comes from. Hope you can catch a nap later it’s awful to be awake all night.
Ash not great news to arrive home too?
grandMattie ? I picked up my lovely tote bag you made me yesterday to dash to the gym it slipped through my fingers onto to my tiled floor the bottom of my flask cracked. Water soaked my phone, headphones and soaked through the bag. grrr my clumsiness amazes me so it was everything in a carrier bag and off i went.

We have family from Canterbury arriving today for the weekend. So might not get to post but wishing everyone a lovely jubilee weekend. ??Enjoy all your plans but thoughts for people with illness and worries who can't. ??

Good morning all from North Leicestershire where it is bright but chilly. Hope it warms up for tea in a neighbour's garden this afternoon.

Sending love and support to all who have worries.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. The weather is set fair for today. I'm up early with DGS2 who's 7 and hardly sleeps.
We'll try to get a glimpse of the flypast as it goes over on the way to The Mall. Then we'll nip into th next door park to pick up some food from a stall and maybe watch the beacon lighting tonight. DGS will be dropped home at some point as DS is arriving home tonight and we only have one spare room.
Love to all ?x

The flowers are for the GMs - I pressed post too soon!

Morning all from Cardigan Bay. It looks blue and sunny. We’re going to one of two castles later on. I tried to book a Platinum Jubilee Afternoon Tea at Cardigan Castle but it was fully booked. So, we’ll find somewhere to visit. ???

grandMattie Thu 02-Jun-22 06:35:39

Sorry about your news, Ash, but on the other hand, at least something is going to be done to improve your quality of life. [hugs] ❤️

Taichinan Thu 02-Jun-22 06:33:01

That's not the best if welcome homes,*Ash*. So sorry to hear that and wish you well.

Good morning Mick and everyone from a sunny but cold (4degrees) Oxfordshire.
Both of our daughters suffer from low Blood pressure and MzOops has collapsed 3 times this year, no treatment appears to be forthcoming though, it’s very worrying.
Everyone went home yesterday so I have 4 beds to change and the washing to sort, how do they use so many towels? then a hoover around and I’m done.

Have a good Bank Holiday, hugs for those who have worries.

Good Morning all from East Staffordshire where the sun is out!
Up early to take DH to airport, he has gone on his long awaited motorcycle holiday, he will hire a motorcycle when he gets to Italy.
I have 18 days of a quiet house with no one questioning what I choose to watch on TV?
There are loads of jobs at the factory so I will definitely be busy!!
Please take care of yourself Mick
Have a lovely BH weekend and enjoy the festivities if you can.❤️

Good morning all, I'm looking forward to watching Trooping the Colour on TV this morning then off to see some Army Folk locally, marching about and toasting the Queen. Hope the Low Blood Pressure problem is soon resolved Mick. Shame I can't share some of my high blood pressure with you.

BlueBalou Thu 02-Jun-22 06:26:02

Good morning everyone from gloriously sunny northeast Wales ☀️
Gosh Mick, I hope they get you sorted out soon, how worrying for you.
Still enjoying a lovely holiday here, lots of lovely walks (including one involving fording a stream ?) and I’ve discovered a lovely câfè nearby.
Off to the beach today, the DGCs will be having lots of fun!
Enjoy the Jubilee everyone!

Urmstongran Thu 02-Jun-22 06:10:54

Here’s Matt.

Oh Mick I’m sorry to hear you were in hospital yesterday. Hopefully you will get sorted soon now you’re aware what the problem is as, not knowing and wondering why it kept happening has affected your confidence levels.

Good morning everyone from Ibiza where we have 20°C already, rising to 26°C later today with wall-to-wall sunshine. We had some lovely news yesterday - our Yorkshire Lass and her partner of ten years have decided to marry next year - they wanted to announce it while we are all on holiday together.
??

Enjoy Thursday all who can and I hope any planned Jubilee get-togethers go well today! x

Ashcombe Thu 02-Jun-22 06:10:12

Good morning, all, from a sunny Torbay.

I do hope the hospital visit can be arranged, Mick, and that the root of your problem will be addressed. It must be unsettling for you..

Our journey home went well with no delays on our long train ride from Newcastle to Torquay, changing at Newton Abbot. All was well at my home although I’m still adjusting to the news that awaited me from my cardiologist. He is recommending me for mitral valve repair surgery to be performed by a colleague of his at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth so I’m on the waiting list.

Wishing you all a happy long weekend wherever you are and whatever is happening in your corner of the world. ??????

grandMattie Thu 02-Jun-22 06:08:19

Good morning from a clear bright E Kent. I hope we have some sun today, it cheers DH up no end.
I’m sorry that you are having BP problems, Mick and insomnia is a pig , Taichi, I hope you manage a nap somewhere in the day.
We had a quiet day yesterday. DS took DGS out to lunch in Folkestone where they planned a brief holiday in Greece this month (?).
Nothing planned for today. If the market is on, I’ll get a sourdough loaf for the chaps, and some flowers. The peonies have been fabulous this year, I might get some again.
Hope all goes well for those celebrating the Jubilee today. Carpe diem. ????❤️☀️

Taichinan Thu 02-Jun-22 05:59:56

Good morning Mick. Sorry to hear you have low blood pressure and that you collapsed again. Hope they get to the bottom of this for you soon.
Yes. I am very early today - although as far as sleep is concerned it's still yesterday. I've been wide awake all night for some unknown reason - goodness knows what I'll make of the tai chi classes this morning! It's a beautiful morning again on the Angus coast, if a little chilly. I was wandering round the house at 3am and the sky was beautiful. It doesn't really get dark here at this time of year (grey clouds permitting of course!). Nothing much to report from here apart from going out for a drive and a cuppa yesterday with a friend. Today of course I take my two tai chi classes and then I think I'll probably fall asleep! Have a good day everyone, with plenty of sunshine. What a difference it makes!

Good Morning Everyone,
Its a bright sunny start today here in brackley this morning.
I attended my surgery yesterday for a blood test , decided to exercise and i collapsed again , taken to Hospital ,and released 6 hours later , I seem to suffer with low blood pressure .
I should be going to see a department at the Hospital today if I can get a relative to take me.
Take Care,
Mick
