Good:
Work ethic.
Intellect.
Reliable.

Bad:
Relationships.
Practical things (fixing things/working out technology etc).
Talking about problems.

?: 1) Hard working
2) loyal
3) kind

?. 1) Tend to rake up past mistakes ( my own ) far too often
2) Not very patient
3) Not great with money.
