I've just had yoghurt, mango chunks, granola & a large latte.

I highly recommend frozen fruit - don't each much fruit and fresh starts going off before I get around to eating it. Frozen fruit is very economical and absolutely no waste

Mango £2.20 for 500g
Pineapple £2.20 for 500g
Blueberries £2.20 for 400g

I keep mixed frozen berries and defrost some each morning to have either porridge in winter or when warmer with oats and yogurt. That us my usual weekday breakfast.Weekends either scrambled or piached eggs.Sometimes with avocado or smoked salmon as a treat. And a full cooked breakfast or bacon sandwich occasionally. Breakfast is my favourite meal !

I just can't face food in the mornings so brunch is my first meal of the day anytime between 11 and 1. And it could be anything from mushrooms on toast, Greek Yoghurt with fruit and nuts, a nice sandwich, leftovers maybe a slice of quiche, mince'n'tatties, smoked mackeral, whatever is in the fridge.

A crumpet for me too. I'm being taken out for lunch. It's my birthday ?? she said seeking attention ?

Seek all the attention you like Kate!
Your lunch sounded lovely, and even better with the free Prosecco ?
Hope you've had a wonderful birthday, you deserve it ?

For me it’s always one slice of toast with Lurpak. For himself it’s always two Weetabix. We are however more adventurous with lunch and dinner. If staying in an hotel we would both take full advantage of what someone else had cooked and would wash up!

Organic porridge with raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. Greek yoghurt on the top drizzled with honey and a large mug of tea. I have this every morning except when I'm away.
