Maybe we should all come up with a recipe and sell them.
Though I make mistakes like the sage leaves that are sitting on my window sill and should have been in last nights pasta!

I had left rd of bananas a I decided to make a banana loaf. Sadly I used plain flour so it's a bit flat

Stick some icing on top... they will be fine!!
If you dont tell... no-one will know!

Brilliant idea! A drizzle of icing squiggled on top and they'll look like high end "cookies".

If they're not sweet to your taste, could you eat them as savoury biscuits instead, with cheese perhaps?

The ones I should have made are not over sweet at all, no more than any other biscuits anyway.
Only 3 level tbsps of GS to
3 oz oats
3 oz SR flour
3 oz butter or marge
1 tbsp milk
And the 3 oz sugar that I forgot.
I usually add some lemon zest, too.

Gosh they sound uber sweet if you’re adding sugar to syrup Witzend!
