Let's face it - no matter what Boris does some people will find a way to denigrate him for it - I imagine if it were revealed he had donated a kidney some would be saying they feel sorry for the person who now carried part of Boris around!

As Johnson would be far more likely to be carrying around someone else's kidney rather than give away anything of his own I think your scenario is hardly worth considering, Beckett ?

My funny DH looks a bit like that when dancing with the DGC. I doubt if Boris cares anymore.
