Enjoyed reading about all the involvement with the younger ones. Fun for sure but totallly agree, exhausting.
We’ve had a wonderful if exhausting two days with our 7 year old who has autism. It’s keeping things just as he expects that is exhausting, he is as good as gold, just needs to understand every detail. Lots of paddling and general messing around with water yesterday. Today we trundled off along a couple of motorways to take him to part of his birthday present, a visit to the SS Great Britain. As he loved it so did we.
The staff and volunteers were totally supportive, allowing him to duck out to find some quiet when he needed to and to visit the site in the order that suited his needs, rather than the advised order. Lots of information to then take home to his parents, always something he enjoys.
Tomorrow we plan to do - nothing! Back to normal on Wednesday maybe

Hope the overheating settles Blossoming and Ladylfl, so debilitating. Mine has just retreated, a huge relief for sure.
We’re told just a little rain here today, no storms which is not a bad thing but we certainly could do with sustained gentle rain, preferably over night. That would do wonders.
Apologies, I can remember no more of your news. Good night all. TOYA.
