Good morning all from a cloudy Glasgow, where its only 8°C.

Yesterday's fitting of my replacement crown, was a bit problematic, due to the fact that there was a considerable gap between the prep work and the fitting. The RA in my jaw didn't help either, as there was a problem with my bite.
However, it was totally painless, so no complaints here.

Today is a footering day, apart from a small supermarket shop.
I'm very weary, and my joints have seized up, so no popping into B&M (and being seduced by plants reduced to 50p) and Matalan on the way home, like I usually do.

I wish you all a pleasant day and I am keeping Harri in my thoughts today. I hope your procedure is not too unpleasant. ?

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Still not properly light here, but should be a dry day. I was reasonably busy trying to catch up yesterday after spending most of the morning trying to sort out one of DH’s pensions with his provider and then HMRC, where a lovely lady told me I appeared to be paying too much tax! DD came over in the evening and we had a bit of a walk and then GS and SiL joined us and we had a fish and chip supper. DS is coming down for the weekend so I will be overwhelmed with company! I haven’t seen him for a while so there will be a lot to talk about.
Whatever you are doing today, I hope there is some joy in it.

Good morning from a soggy Sarthe after a disturbed night due to a thunderstorm and some feline caterwauling! (not our one remaining moggy!) Our water butts are overflowing!

Apart from a visit to Lidl, yesterday was rather unproductive for me as I was recovering from the migraine I’d had on Wednesday evening. The oppressive weather didn’t help matters.

Susan56: I was delighted to read that you’re intending to watch Swan Lake at The Regent! What a treat for you and your DGD! Bookings are now being taken for the three performances on 23rd and 24th September, which includes a matinee on the Saturday.

Have a good weekend, everyone! ?????

Morning all from West Oxfordshire. A quietish day looms. I need to do some baking and also make a batch of chocolate frosting to keep in the freezer. OH still hasn’t checked the fuse box so that might happen today. Hope you all have a good Friday.

Morning Mick, morning All from a cloudy corner of Somerset.

Survived the training, Zoom truly isn’t my natural habitat, it’s left me uncertain about the volunteer role, wait and see time.

Ironing to do and some organising, suspect we’ll wander out for coffee. Phone calls to make after lunch.

Take care everyone. Hope Friday is kind to us all.

Good Morning Mick and everyone from Hull. It’s going to be a lovely day here again.

I’m up early as I need to be at my sons for 8 to be with my GS so he can get off to work. I’ll bring him back here he’ll have another breakfast and probably take him to the local park. This afternoon we’ll go to a large park with his scooter. He’ll be on and off the water slide again today in the garden. Brrrr! Kids don’t seem to notice the cold though do they.
Had a lovely meet up yesterday with Grandmadinosaur and we can chat for England. We enjoyed a cuppa and cake.

Have a lovely day everyone I’ll read all your news as the day goes on??

Hola Mick and all who follow an ever lightening Andalusia where I’m enjoying the chamberpot and planning the day ahead ?

A day along the coast with lunch at a chiringuito and checking Urms ? sweeping techniques are up to scratch ? with a possible mooch around Ikea if Mr PG can be persuaded (a lunchtime ?and a snooze on the sunbed usually softens him up....?) he thanks you all for his birfdae greetings ?

It’s pension day today ? and there will be another on September 30 - magic month ?happens once a year for those of us paid 4weekly so that’ll go towards fuel bills....

I’ll pop back later to read about your doings...be good x
