Good morning, yes very dull here in Leicestershire.

Walking and coffee in the woods this morning then home to binge on a new series I am watching as it may rain.

Wishing everyone a good day.

Good morning from a grey and damp NE.
Family arrived early afternoon and they brought GD's birthday cake for her to cut and share. DIL was ill and did not make the journey. In the evening eight of us travelled to a riverside restaurant for an Italian meal but we had torrential rain so we did not have the views we expected.
DD is travelled home to Brussels today, probably not see her again until Christmas.
SIL will come this afternoon and stay for dinner, think I will make a chicken curry.
This has been a busy week and I have been quite tired, I think the family forget that I am not as young as I used to be.
Enjoy your Sunday.

A very quick good morning from a damp Shipley. Rain overnight. ?
Have enjoyed our short break here apart from disturbed nights - barking & howling dogs, fireworks & then the cockerel took over. Will be glad to get back to my peaceful bit of Sefton. Departing soon. Must get on.

Good Morning everyone from Severnside. I think it will be metaphorically Oops, it’s very grey here with a few rain spots on the window.

What I do today will depend on the weather. Outside I could go and work under the trees. Another thought I’ve had is to see if I have any wood to make a new slatted seat for one of the garden chairs.

Looking through my photos the other day day I found this Pant.

Have a good day all ?

Morning all from West Oxfordshire. I will be going to church later. Then we are trying out a new lunch venue. We have had recommendations so we will see. It’s such a shame that our nearby favourite place had to shut down. They couldn’t get the staff. The rest of the day will be spent reading the Sunday papers. I am not looking forward to my telephone consultation tomorrow with my GPsad I hope everyone has a good Sunday.

Good morning from Oxfordshire, not sure what the weather will do yet. Spent most of yesterday sorting out paperwork for our trip tomorrow, did online forms, phoned the banks and then packed all the other ‘stuff’ that we need, chargers, tablets along with Prescriptions, everything we will need for a 6 month stay, even though we are only away for 3 weeks!
MissOops is house sitting with her dog and will be here later, so I’ve changed some of the beds in case she has friends staying and I’m about to start cleaning and the laundry and I’ve half emptied a wardrobe for her.
Food shop came yesterday so she won’t starve whilst we are away.
Hope everyone has a good day and that the sun shines on us all, even if it’s only metaphorically speaking.???

Good morning all from a cloudy North Leicestershire where we are expecting rain and thunder over the next few days.

We have had Bertie, Persie and Wolfie overnight and todayas DD3 and her DH are both working. Bertie has a football match which Pa is dealing with and Wolfie has earache which is my area of expertise apparently.

Have a good day all.

Oh dear - ‘flat back’ should be ‘flat pack’. I need to get the hang of how to use the strike through function!! ?

How I wish there was an edit function! .

Good morning Mick and everyone from a n overcast south Hants ?

Blossoming - glad your feeling better today

Yesterday was spent seeing our DS’s family in Portsmouth - so lovely to catch up with and see our DGD who will be 2 next month! Where did that time go! They are expecting their 2nd in November - so an exciting time ahead.

Feeling really tired today so plan to sort out utility room. Clever DH put together the flat back —filing cabinet— unit that will store all the —crap— stuff that is hardly used, which will free up my kitchen cupboards.

Thoughts to those that are in pain and/or are feeling low.

Hugs and ? for you all x

Good morning Mick and everyone. It’s twilight in my corner of Lancashire, no rain at the moment but showers are forecast. Currently 17°C.

I had a much better night, no stomach problems so slept for a straight 5 hours . Hope it stays that way as we are away for a few days next weekend.

Have the best day possible all, whatever you’re doing??

Pantglas2 Sun 04-Sept-22 06:11:28
