There is a lot of serious medical research which show turmeric to be a very strong anti-inflmmatory and helpful with arthritis, and even some forms of cancer and even Alzheimers/dementia.

My husband keeps informing me of the benefits turmeric has ( despite the fact he isn't drinking it/eating it or swallowing the pill )

I myself have never heard of it being used in a sentence referring to its benefits.

Can anyone shed light on this ?
