Advice on shapewear for tummy control please

I’d really love some help on buying the right thing to help control my tummy! I’m not big anywhere else, I’m just a typical apple shape…more of a cooking apple actually. I can diet and exercise and lose weight fairly easily but nothing shifts the tummy! I’m tired of having to buy bigger clothes just to do up around my waist. I did buy some huge pant things that came up under my bust but I didn’t find them very effective. So I’d love to get some recommendations…thank you!
