Advice on shapewear for tummy control please

I bought some on Shein much cheaper than regular stores, just to get an idea of how they would feel and look

Can’t suggest any garment to wear but I have found Pilates helps flatten the stomach, I do seated Pilates so I don’t have to get down on the floor, cause I struggle to get up

I’d really love some help on buying the right thing to help control my tummy! I’m not big anywhere else, I’m just a typical apple shape…more of a cooking apple actually. I can diet and exercise and lose weight fairly easily but nothing shifts the tummy! I’m tired of having to buy bigger clothes just to do up around my waist. I did buy some huge pant things that came up under my bust but I didn’t find them very effective. So I’d love to get some recommendations…thank you!
