Lucca From your posts you sound like a brave, strong woman. But sometimes it’s good to give in to your emotions and have a messy, loud cry. It helps to release the sadness that builds up inside. It also helps your loved ones know that you need a bit of extra support. You don’t have to be brave all the time. Xxx

Been to see live screening of madam butterfly from royal opera house. Fabulous but more tears of course.

Forgot I think to mention my spectacular trip and fall in town last week. Caught my toe on something, tripped and almost literally flew and landed full length, bashing knee chin cheek and head! Lovely young man jumped straight out of his car and helped me. My bloke fortunately was in a cafe about 100 yds away. I have a horrific purple bruise on my chin. It was so cold today I wore a beanie and the combination made me look like a burglar.

I can’t drink more than half a glass these days but I do like a chilled rosé with preferably honey roasted peanuts or pistachios! ….. I’ll pass on the horsey fragrance ta !
