I think that I need new boots

Knee high doc martens (for walking in town/ on footpaths)
Meindl walking boots (for fields, tracks, undergrowth, hills and dales)
Grub wellies (for extreme weather, rain mud, long wet grass)

I bought some Rieker ankle boots last winter. Yesterday I received a pair of Sketchers ankle boots fro QVC. These will be lovely and warm.

I have tidied my shoe cupboard today and cleaned my Winter boots.They looked lovely and shiny, then I turned them over and saw that the soles are crumbling away.shock
Have to look for some new ones now, where do others buy their boots, which do they like? Mine are just higher than ankle ones.
