Oh poor Mr Soop , that is so worrying , I hope he feels better after his sleep xxx

soop Fri 07-Oct-22 09:22:21

Mr Soop is proper poorly. We both had the double vaccine booster at lunchtime yesterday. Mid-evening, he began shivering violently. He attempted to make his way from his chair to the bathroom. He was staggering (almost fell as he climbed a couple of steps) and was totally disorientated. He couldn't make the bathroom in time! All night through, I have been keeping a close eye on him. He's fast asleep right now because he felt so unwell during the night. This is exactly the reaction that he experienced previously. It has scared me witless. I shall report this reaction to the GP.

Baggs, would it be a good idea for me to purchase a large card (as we did for Alison), and I could sign all those who are wishing your daughter a speedy recovery? I would enjoy doing that on behalf of so many kind well-wishers. flowers

Baggs I hope you managed to sleep last night. Sounds like good news for your daughter. I hope she has a speedy recovery.

I can’t count myself a Kitchener these days but I have just followed your agonising journey on here Baggs and wanted to say how relieved I am for your DD. I hope she now goes from strength to strength. Hugs to her, you and your family.

Tears of joy and relief indeed Baggs. Along with a huge smile. Hope you get a good night's sleep.

I also hope we hear from ann tonight that she slept well and the pains haven't returned.

I have made a comforting treacle spiced cake today. I'll leave some in soop's kitchen cupboard for you all.
