Good morning all from a damp Glasgow at 14°C.
Good to hear your appointment went well. My SIL gave me a fit it it to encourage me to try walk more, to help my cardiac conditions. I don't always manage it, but I do try.
There are much cheaper versions available on Amazon and they encourage you to count your daily steps. Gentle exercise is very good for the heart Mick, if you can manage it.
Sounds like you need to build up your stamina, before your op, it's worth a try.
I am planning a restful today. I felt really unwell yesterday in Sainsbury's, so much so that an assistant approached me to ask if I was OK. My heart seems to be playing silly b**gers just now and not behaving.
Just as I was lying down, I got a call from Lloyd's Homecare, wanting to deliver the biologics, which I can no longer tolerate. Apparently the hospital forgot to inform them, I was no longer on them.
An hour later, I was still on the phone.
Yet again, the adverse reactions have to be reported to the Drugs Standard Agency and the lady asked me to list all my medications, in case of contra indications. I think she was sorry she asked! ?
Having spelled out twenty medications and detailing all my side effects, I was wiped out. I just wanted my bed!
She advised me to dispose of the pre-filled injections I still have, what a terrible waste. £1000's worth of medication. ?
I didn't get peace anyway, because DH kept coming to update me on the Liz Truss shenanigans! ?
What a shambles!
Hoping the poorly DDs are feeling better and Corner, praying you have a better day, today.
Life is so difficult for many on here at the moment.
Wishing you all a pleasant day, whatever your plans.
PS. Pitt, hopefully you had success, in dealing with the condenser. ?
