After almost 3 years spent avoiding people/situations Dh and I both have Covid! Fortunately, neither of us has been too unwell, just high temps and annoying cough, ...... very annoying cough! Dd1 dropped off several M&S meals at the door and I managed to get a grocery delivery slot, so it's now just a case of sitting it out until we get negative LFT. Our boosters were actually due today, typical.

Just think how free you’ll feel for a couple of months afterwards because you will most likely be immune to it! Gotta be positive.

Katek sorry to hear that, but I think it is inevitable everyone will get it sometime. We have just done our covid stint after 2 and a half years of working in schools and travelling without catching it.
Actually it was a non event once we tested positive and it went away quickly. The worst bit was a couple of days before.

Thanks for good wishes - I can't wait to get rid of this cough though - as they say, it's doing my head in!
