2, Knowingly given your partner the food that fell on the floor.
3, Exaggerated the cost of something if your partner was giving you the money for it.
4, Denied breaking or losing something when guilty.

Looks like I'm the naughtiest girl in the class...nothing new there. There is probably a name for it.

grannydarkhair Thu 27-Oct-22 20:57:06

Three yeses again.

Granc Thu 27-Oct-22 20:53:20

Absolutely none of these, thank goodness. If that makes me seem goody two shoes, I don’t care.

Georgesgran Thu 27-Oct-22 20:45:09

Only one - used the 5 second rule too.

MawtheMerrier Thu 27-Oct-22 20:30:05

Three and two - but I’m not saying which! Or which way round !

Oopsadaisy1 Thu 27-Oct-22 20:17:57

Blossoming I worked with someone who’s partner once said he would pay for her spa day with a friend , she had bought a voucher for £75 but told him it was£200 ?.

What a nasty dishonest way to behave. I really don’t understand why anyone would think that was acceptable.

crazyH Thu 27-Oct-22 19:37:31

Sorry, misread Q1 - I have feigned illnes, but not at family event. It was a friend’s dinner party. I was in the middle of my divorce and I certainly didn’t want ‘the third degree’

Only no.2, but I wouldn’t pretend I hadn’t done it, and would equally eat it myself, and dh wouldn’t care.

At some point I may have to fib about something I’ve lost through sheer carelessness, but it hasn’t arisen yet, and ?it never will.

pandapatch Thu 27-Oct-22 12:06:50

No 2 - well, he has had food that I’ve dropped, but he’s been aware of it.
So that’s a ‘no’ isn’t it?

Same here. He'll eat anything ?
It's the 5 second rule.

Otherwise no to all the others.

GagaJo Thu 27-Oct-22 10:52:39

Yes to 1, 2, 4 & 5!

Yammy Thu 27-Oct-22 10:34:14

4 out of 5 I must have been naughty in my youth. To be honest he did see me drop the food and told me to pick it up.
No.3 we have a joint account so isn't possible.blush

Maggiemaybe Thu 27-Oct-22 10:32:51

Yes to 2, but he knows, and he’ll do it too. Yes to 4 as well, but not as an adult as far as I can remember. No to everything else.

Grandma70s Thu 27-Oct-22 10:32:08

No to all, same as last ime.
