Morning Mick, morning All. I think the downpour has paused outside.

Not the best night but a good day ahead, we’ll spend it with old friends and laugh a lot.

Couldn’t get in yesterday ash to welcome you back. Good to see you, please don’t overdo things.

Am I right and grandMattie will travel again today? If so hope all goes well, the same wish for all on the move.

Take care everyone. Hope Tuesday is kind to us all.

Good morning to all from a calmer Torbay after a wet and windy night!

What a lovely welcome back I received on here from you all yesterday! Thank you so much for such heartwarming comments which really lifted my spirits.

Yesterday, we were pleasantly surprised by the reaction of my GP surgery. It took a while to access the telephone queue. But, once we had reached: “Queue position one”, the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful. I suppose my reason for ringing was a bit more serious than some she had heard that morning.

A very good young GP saw us at 12.30p.m. and was most thorough, even conducting blood tests herself and fast tracking them through so that I had the results back by early evening. The NHS at its brilliant best!

It was good to read all your news yesterday, especially about grandchildren, holidays and celebrations. Enjoy whatever you’ve planned! 🦩💐🦩🥰🦩

Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark and wet outside here in brackley this morning.
Today an early start for 2 appointments at the Horton in Banbury .
I have to give blood samples on the first , followed by my glaucoma eye test in the outpatients .
I am taking bottled water with me as blood is hard to get out of me .
Take Care,
Mick
