There’s more to being a PM than looks, but it does help if they look presentable. In this media and shallow age it’s quite sad that some excellent politicians, past and present, wouldn’t pass the media test. For example it’s very important for males to have hair!

Looking like a grown up helps.

There seems to be a lot of “ Please sir, me sir” about him.

That is my point, a Prime Minister doesn't have to be competing in the best dressed man competition, just scrub up clean and look presentable, which he does. We have had the alternative so anything better than that is an improvement.

Blimey I’m not sure about dressing well.

To me he looks like a teenager growing out of his clothes.

I certainly would not recommend his tailor.

He has however combed his hair and doesn’t look as if he has slept in his clothes which is something I suppose.

As long as our Prime Minister looks presentable and will be respected by other world leaders, I really couldn't care less whether he is dishy or looks good in casual clothes.

What I do not want is a shambling oaf like Boris Johnson, who looked like an unmade bed and was treated with the contempt he deserved by other international leaders.

He seems a respectable and intelligent young man as well as having practical experience in economics. I have no idea why anyone would have voted for Truss instead of him.

I’m appreciating having a PM like Rishi, dresses well, and speaks well and knows how to be diplomatic when needed.
Nothing to dislike at all.
Just hoping he and Hunt do things for those who can’t earn much in this next budget.

Is this a joke post?
I’m no conservative but wish the party members had voted Sunak the first time round. I fear racism and the belief Truss would be more manageable by the ERG ruled Sunak out till even they realised Truss wasn’t up to it
Like Gagajo I’m pleased to have aPM with Indian heritage. Nothing else thrills me

No. I'm happy we have an Asian PM (breaking the ethnicity bar!) and also grateful he's not Boris or Truss, but there's nothing else positive about him I'm afraid.

I quite like watching politics at the moment, and G20 in Indonesia, because I like Dishy Rishi Sunak.. he’s looking so smart in casual clothes. 😅
Anyone else think the same..
