I was stalked by a neighbour who had this. He used to appear at the window and peer in . It was because of his meds.He had delusions that his family were imposters. It got quite scary.

As many of you will know my late OH had Parkinsons. I have just heard from my brother that he too has received the same diagnosis. I am gutted.

I had begun to think this might be the case but hoped it might be otherwise.

It beings it all back.
