Especially when Chris McCausland is on.
And I like Lee Mack, David Mitchell's OK too.

I thought "Really?" when I saw Fern Britton was doing Cornwall. but, in spite of living in Cornwall for 25 years, she came up with all sorts of interesting facts that I didn't know. In the end I was sorry she only did three programmes.

I'm enjoying Alan and Amanda in Sicily. I'm not keen on either of them but who could resist Sicily?

I hadnt really thought about it op.
But there again, I rarely watch those types of programmes anyway.
I think if say you are contracted by ITV, you are an ITV person so to speak and they can use the celeb across any of their programmes? Could be wrong.

Volver, but many of them are not celebrities, Celebrities are people who the bulk of the population will have heard off, and so many of the 'celebrities' on these programmes, you would be hard pressed to find more than a handful of people who actually know who they are.

Is Cornwall a celebrity? If so, it’s the first and last celeb I like.

I’ve been to Cornwall at least twice, maybe more often, and I just don’t feel the love. Somerset is more my style, Exmoor and the Quantocks. It’s a good thing we don’t all like the same places - they’d been even more crowded than usual!

As for celebrities, I’m not sure what the definition of one is, plus I seem to have given up watching tv of late and don’t know the latest names. Are actors and musicians also celebrities? What about weather forecasters? People who appear in adverts?

Bradley Walsh's son was even in The Larkins with his Dad although there won't be another series.

Bradley Walsh was asked about this on some show or another last week he said that there wouldn’t be a series this year as he didn’t have enough free time, he was hopeful for 2024.

In fact, I'm sure I typed Cornwall - that's supposed to be a Cornish flag although it looks pink and black to me.

One advantage of moving in with DD for seven months the year before last was that I was able to ‘do’ London at a leisurely pace. Great not having to cram too many things into one exhausting day or fork out on accommodation.

Now I’m one step ahead of whichever celeb draws Hampshire out of the hat.

If it's got 'celebrities' in the title I don't watch it.

She has a beautiful singing voice.

I think there is a glut of quiz shows as they are cheap to produce. Similarly, the only was is Essex type / Housewives of... shows. I don't mind a quiz but TOWIE and Housewives - wouldn't watch them if you paid me. They feel like very dumbed down viewing to me.

The so called celebrities on I'm a Celebrity - I have never heard of most of them

I am happy to watch travel programmes etc. presented by established comedians / celebrities / personalities. I especially like Richard E Grant's shows.

Stacey Solomon was on X Factor. She seems to have done well on the decluttering /craft type of programme. She must have a very good manager! She seems to be a genuinely nice person but her voice grates on me.

They all seem to be on a sort of pass the parcel merry go round.

I quite enjoyed Jane McDonald doing cruises because singing on cruise ships was how she found fame but now Susan Calman’s doing them and Jane’s doing holidays.

Fern Britton’s doing Cornwall - Who hasn’t done Cornwall? New game shows are being invented at the speed of light to provide a vehicle for hardly known comedians and the DIY bandwagon is also being well and truly jumped on.

Who is going to be the next one to renovate a chateau now that Dick and Angel are packing up?
