Katie Price has had her 16th boob job, she looks ridiculous.
Is it right that any surgeon does this without psychiatric reports?

Ladyleftfieldlover Fri 24-Feb-23 19:56:27

I’m afraid I just looked at the Daily Fail online. What on earth has this woman done to herself. She looks grotesque. I wonder if her two children with Peter Andre are old enough to have a quiet word with their mum. What must they think when they see her?

Some years ago KP was involved with a Breast Cancer campaign.
I was astonished that a woman who has chosen to mutilate her breasts for cosmetic purposes could ever be linked with breast cancer awareness.

I feel sorry for Katie Price as her self-esteem is low, as is her mental health . She needs help . Talking therapy may help her. Another boob job won't.

Hetty58 Fri 24-Feb-23 19:24:18

We try to stop people self-harming - and recognise the mental turmoil behind it. A 16th boob job? Surely, it's the same, once removed. Worse, even, as somebody profits from the mutilation, preying on a vulnerable individual.

I feel a lot of young girls want to have lips like a ducks bill and look unnatural, it’s fashionable. It’s so nice to see someone to see a natural looking young woman.

Esmay Fri 24-Feb-23 18:06:05

I know someone from my past , who went down a similar road as Katie Price .
She was stunning and photogenic and her life was a car crash of failed relationships .

I watched Katie on TV restoring her house and I felt so sad for her .

She rambled and rambled at a deafening volume .

Plainly , she has mental health issues .

I understand that her younger children don't live with her .

Looking back at her early photographs -she was naturally beautiful .

Maybe she was exploited at a young age - thrown into a world of voyeurism and unable to deal with it .

I don't think KP alone is responsible for the trout lips, slug eyebrows and massive bums and boobs, but I did hear that the rise of online porn is responsible which is more likely. Brainless women are turning into living breathing sex dolls because they think that's how they should look. Then presumably they can make money from looking like this as celebrities or influencers.

BlueBelle Fri 24-Feb-23 13:16:21

If anyone watches ‘the apprentice’ The girls look so strange with their big big lips and almost blue teeth there s one girl who looks so normally ok compared to the others
It really is an unattractive look I d love to know what they actually see when they look in a mirror certainly not what I am seeing

TerriBull Fri 24-Feb-23 13:08:21

I sympathise Tiggy, I'd undergo breast reduction tomorrow but for the fact it would be unnecessary surgery requiring an anaesthetic. Having E cups on a fairly slim body in my youth, that unwanted honing in some men did embarrassed me, and the suggestion "you should be flattered just pissed me off because what I felt was objectified, maybe that's why I got cross with the whole page 3 culture then and can't understand why KP would want to heave those around. Although mine don't give me back pain, they just get in the way. Nowadays I'd really like to be flat chested. they've served their purpose and are now very superfluous to requirements grin

TiggyW Fri 24-Feb-23 12:53:52

I would love to have a breast reduction, if I could afford it. I can’t get clothes to fit nicely; I have to buy heavy duty bras! They make me look older and fatter, as I’m not very tall. I wonder whether they’re contributing to my back pain. 🤔 Katie Price is welcome to mine! 😂

... should the surgeons say "no"? That's the question.

If they have any integrity, then they should. They, more than anyone, know the possible damaging effects of this kind of enhancement, and not only the physical effects.

The same applies to the enhancement of lips - those outsized, grotesque (to us) lips that look like they've been pulled out of a Christmas cracker. Then there are the surgeons who agree to slice off part of an individual's nose because he/ she wants to achieve some special kind of 'look' along with their body piercings and tattoos.

As for Katie Price herself - well her appearance is her income and those huge balls on her chest will ensure her engagement on various 'platforms' from which she will earn money. Her whole life appears to be lived on this level of superficiality.

God knows how she will cope with the reality of old age. Will there come a time when a surgeon actually says No Katie, enough is enough?

PinkCosmos Fri 24-Feb-23 12:35:08

Where did this idea start, that pumped up lips, caterpillar eyebrows and fillers was attractive? Was it because of Katie Price? This is a genuine question

There is an article in today's Daily Mail (yes, I know) saying that the TV programme Geordie Shore has been cancelled.

I have never watched the programme or any of the similar reality shows.

The article is titled, 'How the show's stars have transformed over the years with Botox and boob jobs to jaw fillers and beard transplants'.

Honestly, it is quite horrific how these averagely pretty girls (and boys) have, in my opinion, ruined their looks. The girls all look the same. What are they going to look like in 20 years

Anyone who requests corrective surgery for cosmetic surgery should pay for it. The NHS won't have the bottle to refuse treatment but they could charge for it. Just make it clear there will be no free treatment for corrective surgery.

Fleurpepper Fri 24-Feb-23 12:21:17

The NHS should refuse to redress those disasters performed abroad. They should have to go back to the same surgeon, when things go wrong, or when disatisfied, etc.

LittleToothill Fri 24-Feb-23 12:07:55

I thought she was bankrupt !!! Must be making money somehow maybe from senseless publications .

I feel sorry for her as she appears to be chasing a dream that doesn’t exist . She can’t turn back the clock to being 20 again . I feel she needs some professional guidance

Fleurpepper Fri 24-Feb-23 12:02:30

Oh yes, and the NHS will probably have to pick up this disaster and us the bill.

But honestly, once more, this is NOT the question in the OP.

ixion Fri 24-Feb-23 11:57:27

She'll be getting back trouble, mark my words!

Chestnut Fri 24-Feb-23 11:54:44

It won't be long before she's back for a reduction because she can't live with those beach balls in the way.

Millie22 Fri 24-Feb-23 11:42:42

I have had to google KP to see what she looks like now. What a sad sight she is and on a practical level wouldn't they get in the way all the time.

Perhaps she won't listen when people try and help her or surgeons advise against more surgery.

Silvergirl Fri 24-Feb-23 11:18:54

I think KP needs someone who is grounded to look out for her. It would appear that she doesn’t have that. She may have body dysmorphia or mental health problems. She could also be doing it to keep herself in the news and therefore able to earn money. Her breasts look terrible and the skin must be stretched to the absolute limit. Shame on the surgeons!!

TerriBull Fri 24-Feb-23 11:15:35

Bluebell I'm not liking her to a drag artist, insomuch implying she isn't somehow an authentic woman, more a question of too much fakery somehow, to me, diminishes the female image, if that makes any sense.

BlueBelle Fri 24-Feb-23 09:44:08

I can’t stand the drag artists of today the Danny laRues and Lily Savages of yesterday had some kind of ‘class’ todays drag artists are grotesque and are just so awful

I ll make it quite clear I AM NOT putting Katie Price in that category she is just a lady with seemingly little self esteem and I would image poor mental health I think it’s quite cruel to liken her to the drag artist of today but that’s just my opinion

Germanshepherdsmum Fri 24-Feb-23 09:22:51

I agree.

TerriBull Fri 24-Feb-23 09:16:02

I made the analogy, and I don't expect others to agree, Katie Price and drag artists both present a parody an exaggerated version of women, that isn't always flattering. KP's very fake breasts now look so false in their pumped up appearance, it's as if they have somehow been inflated and attached to her person, particularly when she is wearing a halter neck bikini, it almost reminds me of the sellers of ice creams in theatres and cinemas who had some contraption around their neck that could be lifted off, in a similar way the appendages barely contained in the halter neck look as if they should be detached at some stage, so visually cumbersome in their appearance I can't imagine for one moment they can feel natural or for that matter comfortable, well that's how they appear to my eyes and also somewhat of a mockery of the female form.

Blondiescot Fri 24-Feb-23 08:03:57

My daughter is a nurse and knows a few nurses who have done the aesthetics training and are now offering all kinds of treatments (botox, fillers, injections etc) as a very lucrative sideline. It seems there are no shortage of people wanting these kind of things done to their bodies - and it's by no means just young women! I find it very sad.
Oh, and in response to one of the earlier comments - what's wrong with drag artists and how did they get dragged into this?
