Good morning all from a foggy Glasgow, where its it's only 1"C.
A warm welcome to Cherrylover
Happy birthday GM, I hope you have a lovely day in your temporary home. 🎂🎁🎈🎉
Baubles Well done!
Yesterday was pretty full on, I couldn't wait to fall into bed last night.
I had a successful raid on Sainsbury's baby dept. I was only supposed to look for bigger size baby grows for Babydoll, to accommodate her long legs and turned ankle, but got rather carried away.
We had already purchased the pram, it's an unusual colour, so I am now on the lookout for a woolly cover to match. If only I could crochet! I can knit complicated patterns, but never mastered crochet!
The good news is that that mum and baby R got home last night, but there will be a few follow ups in the coming weeks to keep an eye on the tummy problem, foot and hips. All caused because she was breech for so long.
When I had my three, you remained in hospital for ten days, after a C section, now patients are sent home the following day.
I had a successful chat with the pharmacist concerning contra indications with my heart meds. One I can continue, but the antibiotics in my Rescue pack need to be changed and given my drug allergy history are not be be used under any circumstances.
A vast improvement from the previous shambolic pharmacy, I used.
Now I need to battle with the GP surgery to speak to a doctor.
Today DH is going to help SIL with slab laying. Dollie is coming to assist supervise, to allow DS1 and DIL to get peace time to get some things done.
We are all intending to wear ear defenders! She never stops talking!
I will then leave early to open up for the Vigil Mass tonight, we have a lot of preparation for the cemetery Mass tomorrow, where there is always a large congregation of hundreds.
For all you busy people, enjoy your outings and activities.
A gentle day is wished for all those who are unwell.
Have a pleasant Saturday, everyone.
