Voice notes! Do you use them?

My 2 youngest grandchildren like to send one to me if they get a hold of their parent’s phone on a long car journey. I love to hear them as it usually involves giggling and singing. They expect me to send one back and of course I always do. But I cringe when I hear my own voice .

BigBertha1 I find it’s much quicker than texting and obviously quicker than calling! You will have to let me know what you think🤣

First time I've heard of them, but I've never used WhatsApp or even Twitter, so perhaps not surprising.

What do you mean voice notes?
I get WhatsApp vids from my grandchildren sometimes .

It’s a yes from me, I love to send and receive voice notes especially from friends I don’t see very often, I will say though none of my four AC send them, and my husband refuses to use it, but he does like to hear them just won’t use them himself! We very rarely make phone calls unless to hospital etc.
