We are just starting our Victoria Day long weekend here, the official start of BBQ parties and camping weekends here in Canada. Even though we didn't get a day off to celebrate the coronation, we still celebrate Queen Victoria's birthday!
The sun is shining, and spring weather is expected for the weekend. Hot weather in other parts of the province may cause mountain snow run-off with potential flooding. Let's all hope for the best.
I am so happy sandal season is here, with backyard visits from friends happening again. Cheers to summer weekends.
