I was once behind KP at a till in a shop in Horsham ,near where she lives.
The week before she had been in bankruptcy court and was also banned from driving.
We stood and we stood.
Eventually the two very flustered ladies behind the till, one ringing up and one packing, advised us all to go to find other tills as there was plenty more in baskets on the floor.
At this point her bill totalled over £700 .
It was mainly moderately priced children’s leisure wear.
I remember thinking bankruptcy couldn’t be so bad after all.
She lives in a fantasy world and one day it will explode/ implode.
Her children will also realise one day and long for a normal life.

So did I, Grannybags, at first.
I feel rather sorry for KP and yet impatient with her at the same time. I think she needs help.

Can I just point out that she said she wants to go to prison because when she gets out she can make a programme about her experience! She is "bankrupt" yet still manages several holidays a year and many surgical "enhancements".

I do, however, agree she appears to have some mental health problems and requires help for that, not a prison sentence.

100% agree with M0nica. I know people love to hate Katie Price but I have always admired the way she has never given up on her son, Harvey. His Father left her to it and many in her position would have gone down the care system route. You can see how she absolutely loves him to bits and her other kids treat him just like the brother he is.

I have seen her on TV with other parents of disabled kids and she is genuinely interested in them and their own kids.

Perhaps, I don't know, one of the hardest prospects for KP to face is the one we all face to some degree or other - that of our gradual and increasing irrelevance to society as we age.

She was once one of the 'top dogs' in the (false) world of glamour, a position that anyone with a modicum of intelligence would realise cannot be sustained.

She's had a string of fairly useless boyfriends / partners, none of whom have ultimately stuck by her.

The last surgical enhancement of her already enormous boobs was a last desperate attempt to stay relevant. I wish there was someone in her life who cared enough about her to guide her along another path into the anonymity of old age.

I do think, as the op says, she should have a driving license, insurance and dont drive with drink and drugs. The last one especially is not just endangering herself.

If she does go to prison, as he has requested, WHO is going to look after her latest canine purchase?

People keep talking about her mental issues but she just seems incredibly selfish to me. All about me, me, me. However saying that I did watch her documentary about her son Harvey and there is no disputing what a loving Mum she seems to be for Harvey.

She has been exploited and I her own worst enemy. She is trying her best but without the stable foundation to know what course to take.

I've actually had the misfortune to bump into her once - and she was incredibly rude! I do agree with those who say she clearly has serious mental health issues though, and no matter what you or I or anyone else may think of her personally, she has fought tooth and nail for her son Harvey ever since he war born.

I totally agree Monica I have a lot of sympathy for Katie Price life is never black and white and she obviously has a body dysmorphia problem never seeing her body as good enough She has made awful decisions but she would be the first to say that too She is I believe a loving mother and the children all seem very caring of each other and of their very disabled older brother
She’s probably very tired of fighting herself and the ‘haters’ She would be the first to admit that she’s a nightmare but I don’t think she’s a bad person I think she is good hearted and tries to sort herself out but never really gets there

It’s just more attention seeking.
She needs a good psychiatric unit not a prison.
