Morning from a dark South Downs. Sleeping a bit all over the place at the moment. Forecast a few hours sun, so will get the washing out.

Yesterday took sister and bil to hospital. So it is melanoma, she then had an appointment with the consultant at 6.40 pm, who is trying to fit her in on Monday at Chichester or failing that Tuesday week at Worthing. So definitely further forward and she is feeling less panicky because of course the professionalism of the doctors shines through and gives you confidence.

They are worth their weight in gold.

Today is take it as it comes day as at times like this you get emotionally exhausted, which is more tiring than physical exhaustion I think.

Planned Lamb ragu with pears in fudge sauce, but might have something much easier - possibly smoked mackeral and salad.

Chin up those in difficulties

Peace and harmony to all
