GP had no slot for me until a later session, so I booked one with Boots.
All fine, but the confirmation email asks me to fill in a form with my details.

I’ve tried at least 6 times since yesterday evening - the link isn’t working. Nothing happens.
I’m having no trouble with anything else online so it’s not my connection or iPad. Grrrr!

I just checked my confirmation email from Boots and no form is asked for.
I am registered and was logged in when I booked the appointment and I am a regular there for my jabs.
Sorry that I can't help you.
I'd ring the branch and ask.

I don't even have to book at the local chemist. I just stroll in and it's done on the spot.

Dont worry Witzend, we had this happen last year and they just filled in the form when we got there.smile

Yes, I’m assuming that’s what’ll happen, but Boots really do need to sort their website out. I’ve had trouble before, when trying to order something.

I had no luck at all with the Boots web site when I tried to get a replacement for my Advantage card, which I'd managed to lose. It kept taking me back to the same useless page.

I tried yet again just now - link in the confirmation email is still not working!
Boots, sort your wretched website out!!

I have never clicked on that link, I just tick a couple of boxes and sign the form given to me when I go for my appointment.
