I think this company were on Dragons Den? I keep seeing ads for Wype everywhere and wondered about buying it. I think it’s only available online?

Thank you Callistemon !

For any who say “oh I know I shouldn’t (but do) might I respectfully suggest they put their money where their mouth is?

On another thread I said I hadn't come across the retort "OK Boomer" and now I have to admit I've never come across "Wype"...

I don't know why I don't have any knowledge of these! Where have I been? grin

Well my spaghetti friend - the equivalent to the "OK Boomer" retort is, "you need to get out more" 😁😁.

The first time it was said to me (on social media) - I'd just returned from a month-long stay in South Africa... via Sweden and Denmark!

Lucky you, never had frequent UTIs, post delivery tears, etc? Or never been wild camping!

I confess to using Wypes and quite like them. Yes, you use more loopaper - clean, Wype, dry - but not all that much and they're deff better than wetwipes which DO clog up the sewers.

andrex do flushable toilet wipes, they are damp paper.

other makes are available, damp and ready to use paper wipes... tear and flush.!

LucyAnna done/ had all of those, love camping and had years of UTIs and three children but never felt the need to use a wet wipe… what’s wrong with loo paper or flannels

I looked at the link toiletgran but can't work out how to use it or where. Do you spray foam somewhere? Your butt? whatever that is

I still maintain that a wet/damp flannel, washed in hot water after use is perfectly adequate if toilet paper doesn't work for you.

I bought a set of soft bamboo flannels off the internet.

Without wishing to go into TMI, poo can vary in consistency - sometimes it is more difficult to get ‘clean’. I changed to Wype for occasional use, in preference to toilet wipes, as the latter tend to dry out if kept too long. I find Wype easy to use and I imagine the bottle I have will last for a long time.

If you’ve ever had to wipe bird poo off you with a dry tissue you’ll know all that does is simply smear it around and only wiping it with something wet will remove it.

I have IBS and fell over myself to buy a couple of bottles as soon as I saw it on Dragon's Den.

I never feel clean after using just dry toilet paper so use wet wipes to finish off and put them in the old type nappy bin I used for our grandchildren when they were babies.
