Morning Mick, morning All from a dark, dry corner of Somerset.

Ironing accomplished we had a walk along the river path in warm sunshine. No coat needed. After a restorative coffee it was some loft sorting for me before, finally, getting to an email or three. Mr C slept most of the afternoon, he was tired yesterday.

Today we’re visiting our recovering daughter in law, our son and grandson. A short visit as she’s very tired and in considerable pain, it will be so good to see her. Breakfast on the way and a stop at a large garden centre we rarely get to on the way home will make a day of it.

Have the best day you can everyone.

Up early to check trains. It seems that our train is running to time and ScotRail services to Dundee are running today. 😀
Hair appointment at 8.15 then off to station.
Have a good day all, I’ll catch up later.

Good morning from s somerset, uninspiring flat weather today

I have run out of ideas on how to fill my day, so I will wander into town and perhaps get some inspiration. I relaxed for half a day yesterday and don`t want to be doing that today. I may end up doing some housekeeping jobs while dancing around to brain-changing music

Have a good day

Good morning all from South Lanarkshire. It’s dark, still, but dry just now.

No plans today other than dog walking and a little light crocheting. I cannot for the life of me find the pumpkins I made last year so I’m doing a few more.

Wishing everyone the best possible day and thinking of those with troubles to bear.

Good morning all from Polmont where it's currently 0° and dry out. I can see frost on the cars so I'll need to scrape.
Yesterday I pottered about the house and garden and good rid of dead plants. I visited mum at night. She was rather wandered in her mind last night. I just agreed with her.
Today is a long childcare day as dd has to go to the office. Dgs1 starts back at nursery so I'll just have dgs2 most of the day. We'll go out for a walk and play in the garden. He's a wee outdoors boy. My rug is still damp from the clean on Saturday so the heating and dehumidifier will be back on. Have a good day all

Good morning from a mild Torbay where it’s forecast to be windy later.

Yes, Mick, some areas are still suffering from rising floodwater even though the worst of the rain has ceased. It must be ghastly.

Thank you, Gingster, for your words of encouragement yesterday regarding me accompanying the service on the piano. It went better than I’d anticipated and was much appreciated by worshippers who were very supportive.

In the afternoon, I attended a rehearsal for Cranford at Christmas which was enjoyable. I mainly filled in for absentees which seemed to be the theme yesterday!

Apart from Move It Or Lose It, I’m at home today. I hope the week starts well for everyone, especially those who are unwell. 🦩🥰🦩💐🦩

Good morning Mick pleased that you are getting better.
Too dark to see what the weather is like and if I get up I’ll disturb the dog and she will want to go out into the garden hunting for rabbits.
Hope everyone has a good day, thoughts are with those who are unwell or caring for others.
