Should I receive notifications from Gransnet?

When you think about it, they couldn’t possibly send notifications to someone when a post was added to their thread. Are you sure you’re not getting confused with being notified by email if someone sends you a pm?

If you select "Watch this discussion" you get an email notifying you of any additional posts.

No I ve never had any notifications and been on here about 11 years maybe more

In order to receive notifications you need to click on ‘Watch This Thread’. Then go into “Watching” and select “Receive email notification for watched discussions”. (See screenprint)

Thank you PiscesLady and Blossoming . I remember that's what I did when I first joined - clicked on Watch this Thread, and then Receive email Notifications. I'm still trying to find my way around and sometimes forget things.
