Good morning, I hope your GP can help Mick
I’ve been awake since 2am, no idea why 🙄
It sounds windy outside and it was wet when I last looked.
It seemed to take forever coming home from Wales yesterday, nearly 4 hours 😵‍💫
The scenery was beautiful coming through to Rhayader and Builth Wells, the colours of the hills and trees was beautiful.
Back to normal life today, I need to finish unpacking and getting everything put away (the worse thing about holidays)
I hope you all have a lovely weekend 🌹

Good morning Mick and all who follow, let’s hope the Doctors visit will help you Mick.
Shopping delivery lunchtime and dog and MissOops here this evening as there is a big firework display close to her house tonight and the dog will be in a state, whatever we have locally won’t be anywhere near as bad as she will have at home, then possibly the same again tomorrow evening.
Apart from that an easy day
Hope everyone has a good day and that the poorlies all feel a bit better.

Good Morning Everyone,
Dark , but clear and dry outside here in brackley .
Today later this morning a appointment with my doctor to check me up and see if he can prescribe something .
Weight wise a slight up, but lo visits as to any number 2`s down .
Water seems key as regards to things by drinking the daily amount around 2 litres I think.
Leg swell still there but more exercise walking wise may help .
Take Care,
Mick
